Arranged over 5 floors, rhubarb is a brand new office building, imaginatively designed to create 16 self-contained studio offices. Each Studio has energy efficient air-conditioning, its own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Sizes range from 360 sq.ft. to 1,076 sq.ft. and will typically accommodate between 4 and 20 people with room to spare for a meeting table.

Buying?

Warranty - Each office will be sold with the benefit of a 10 year structural warranty.

Lease - Each office will be sold on a lease of 150 years.

Management - Each leaseholder will be a shareholder in the Management Company. The Management Company will appoint a Managing Agent to manage the day to day running of the building and administer the service charge.

Service Charge - A service charge will be payable to cover the shared services and running costs of the building. An estimate for each unit has been prepared and is available upon request.

VAT - All sale prices are subject to VAT currently at 20%. If you are a VAT registered business, you will be able to reclaim the VAT in full.

No stamp duty - Nearly all of our studios are priced below £150,000 and are therefore stamp duty exempt.
